Living Water Biblical Institute (“LWBI”) is committed to providing high‑quality biblical education and course materials. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tuition, course materials, and other payments made through our website or administrative office.

1. COURSE TUITION REFUNDS

Refunds for tuition are available under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If a student withdraws within 3 business days of enrollment and before accessing any course materials.
• Partial Refund: If a student withdraws within 7 business days of enrollment and has accessed only introductory materials, LWBI may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued once:
  Course materials have been downloaded, shipped, or accessed
  Classes have begun
  Digital content has been delivered

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products—including PDFs, downloads, online lessons, and electronic course materials—are non‑refundable once delivered.

3. PHYSICAL COURSE MATERIALS

For printed or shipped materials:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds may be issued only if the order has not yet shipped.
• Once shipped, materials are non‑refundable unless damaged in transit.

If materials arrive damaged, LWBI will replace the item at no additional cost upon verification.

4. DONATIONS & PARTNERSHIP GIVING

All donations made to Living Water Biblical Institute are considered non‑refundable charitable contributions.

5. EVENT REGISTRATIONS

Refunds for conferences, workshops, or special events may be granted if requested at least 7 days prior to the event date. After that time, all registrations are final.
